Originally built in 1957, 3350 Wilshire was the former home of the Texaco headquarters. Today, through the adaptive reuse ordinance, the existing 12-story, 215,000 square foot office building will be converted into 216 residential apartments, with amenities and retail along Wilshire Boulevard. The spacious and modern ‘loft-like’ residences will be tastefully designed with European cabinetry, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, and high-end plumbing fixtures. Amenities include a roof top pool deck and terrace 9 stories above Wilshire Boulevard, multiple outdoor living spaces where residents can unwind and relax, a gym, basketball court and karaoke room. Construction is expected to be completed in 2018.
